About TS EAMCET Exam - Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad conducts Engineering, Agriculture & Medical (Pharmacy, Veterinary etc) Common Entrance Test - TS EAMCET for admission into the First Year of Professional Courses i.e. B.E. / B. Tech. / B. Tech. (Ag. Engg.) / B. Tech. (Dairy Technology) / B. Tech. (Bio Technology) /B. Tech. (FT) / B.Sc. (CA & BM) (MPC) / B. Pharm. (MPC) / Pharm-D (MPC).

TS EAMCET 2020 Eligibility -

Candidate should belong to the state of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. 

Qualification -

For Engineering, B.Tech. (Dairy), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (Food Technology) courses -

Candidate should have passed or appeared for 12th Science with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31 st December of the year of admission

For B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture/B.Sc. (Forestry) / B.F.Sc. courses -

Candidate should have passed or appeared for 12th Science with Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC / ST candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admission.

For B. Pharm -

Candidate should have passed or appeared for 12th Science with Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

Candidates should have completed 16 years of Age by the date of commencement of Admissions. There is no upper age limit.

For B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) -

Candidate should have passed or appeared for 12th Science with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional, along with the bridge course examination in Mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.

For Pharm D -

Candidate should have passed or appeared for 12th Science with Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in 10+2 examination.

Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31 st December of the year of admission to the course.

TS EAMCET 2020 Pattern - 

Mode - Computer Based Test (CBT)

For Engineering - 

The Entrance test is of 3 hrs duration and the question paper consists of total 160 questions comprising of 80 questions in Mathematics, 40 questions in Physics and 40 questions in Chemistry.

All questions are of objective type (multiple choice) only and each question carries one mark. There is no negative mark for incorrect answer.

For Agriculture and Medical (Pharmacy, Veterinary etc.) -

The Entrance test is of 3 hour duration and the Question Paper consists of total 160 questions comprising of total of 80 questions in Biology (Botany - 40, Zoology – 40), 40 questions in Physics and 40 questions in Chemistry.

All questions are objective type (multiple choice) only and each question carries one mark. There is no negative mark for incorrect answer.

Upload Photograph and Signature - 

The Photograph File should be in the jpg file format and the size should be less than 50 KB.

The Signature's File format should be jpg format and the size has to be less than 30 KB.
